How to debug a Delphi app with Simulink?
I'm learning Simulink and am interested in using it with VCL components. I created a new project (not a solution) and added a simple 4-node delay line. I was unable to run the simulation, and the Delphi help has not been much help.
My specific issue is getting a Simulink view of the compiled code. I don't see a Trace View item, as shown below, but I think I've got all the settings right.

The trace view option is under Options->Tools and Extensions->Performance and Debugging->View Trace Views
You can add a Simulation->TraceView function by right-clicking the block diagram and clicking on Trace View...
For your example, you should be able to add a Simulation->TraceView(x) function where x is your 4-node delay line.
I would not attempt to debug code directly from a simulink block. I would make a simulator instance of the block diagram, and start debug there. From there you can run the simulation, and display the simulation state in the workspace.
You can do this by simulating the block diagram while it is in the Analyze State by right clicking the block diagram block and clicking on Simulation.
